STUDIO POLICIES

Studio Policies

Thank you for supporting my artwork. Every piece is created with care and attention to detail. Please review the policies below before placing your order.

Original Artwork

Every canvas is hand-painted and signed by the artist. Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in texture and brushwork are part of what makes every painting unique.

Commission Orders

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any commission begins.

The remaining balance is due before the artwork or custom shoes are shipped.

Processing Time

Original artwork and commissions are completed in the order they are received. Completion times vary depending on the complexity of the project.

Shipping

All artwork and custom items are securely packaged before shipment. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Returns & Damaged Items

All sales are final. Refunds are not offered.

If your artwork or custom item arrives damaged during shipping, you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of both the damaged item and the packaging.

Once the damage has been verified, I will repair the original piece if possible or create a replacement artwork of the same design at no additional charge. I do not offer cash refunds for damaged items.

All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist.

Purchasing an original artwork or commission does not transfer reproduction, commercial, or resale rights. Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
